This book is a true reference book on photographic techniques and optics. Goes into great detail on the topics it covers and is a useful guide for an advanced photographer wanting to understand more scientific aspects of the craft.

Creative Camera Control by this Author Peter Laytin is one of the most helpful learning tools in which I have come across. He explains everything in detail with such a way that I have not found with the many other books I have researched. If you have a interest in photography, and are maybe having a little trouble in understanding the depth of field, apeture, shutterspeed, lighting this will definatley tell it in a way you will understand and remember. I give it a definate excellent rating and actually wish he would publish a few more.

Full of easy to understand advice for any small business  |
This book is not just for start-ups. Its for anyone operating or considering starting a small business. Bob Adams knows his stuff. Not because hes some guy from Harvard, but because he has been through the small business wars.
The book presents information in short, easy to digest bites, and runs the gamut from where to get ideas for a business, to hiring your first employee, to firing your first employee, to selling the business. And everything in between. Legal matters, cash management, customer service, taxes, accounting, buying equipment...
I really like the Q&A sections for each topic and the use of bullets and lists. They make it easy to find what you are looking for without having to hunt for it.
My only complaint is that you have to order a separate CD to get templates and forms, but even without them this book is a bargain
